India to offer obsolete weaponry to friendly countries
Rather than simply store or destroy its obsolete military equipment, India plans to give some of them to friendly countries unable to afford such devices and having already expressed their intention to require such gifts. So far, India has only gifted used Mi-25 helicopters to Afghanistan.
